S'mores Blondies

It’s not summer without S’mores, and it’s not S’mores without HERSHEY’S Chocolate Bars! These gooey, creamy, and delicious S’mores Blondies are truly the perfect summer dessert that you’re going to love!

My family and I have always loved making s’mores wherever we are. Whether it’s a beach bonfire or just at home around the fireplace, s’mores have a way of bringing people together.

These s’mores blondies have a gooey, buttery base filled with crispy graham crackers and HERSHEY’S Chocolate Bars that melt in your mouth. They’re topped with toasted marshmallows, and are truly heaven on earth. Trust me, you’re going to want s’more!

This recipe is super easy to make, and it’s a fun recipe for kids to help with. My little boy LOVED them so much!

How to:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper. I do this for an easy cleanup, and the bars never stick!

  2. Melt butter and let it come to room temperature.

  3. Whisk together the dry ingredients in a bowl.

  4. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Then add in your eggs and vanilla, and whisk to combine.

  5. Add your dry ingredients to the wet, and stir to combine.

  6. Add in your chopped HERSHEY’S Chocolate Bars and graham cracker pieces, and stir to combine. The batter will be thick!

  7. Spread batter into the lined baking pan, smoothing out the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden brown but the inside is still gooey. You do NOT want to overbake these!!

  8. Remove from oven and top with mini marshmallows. Turn your oven to broil, and broil marshmallows until they turn a golden brown-This only takes a few seconds so watch closely.

  9. Let the blondies cool completely before cutting into squares. Enjoy!

I hope you and your family come together to make these S’mores Blondies!

Happy baking!
