I love a good margarita, and when summer comes around, I love making them with fresh fruit.

These margaritas have just 5 simple ingredients:

  • Watermelon

  • Lime juice

  • Tequila

  • Cointreau

  • Prosecco

I went on a girls trip to Tulum last year, and we had the most delicious watermelon margaritas by the beach one day. The ingredients were so fresh, and we were never left feeling sick from sugary drinks. I had to recreate it!

How To:

  1. Blend cubes of watermelon in a blender and strain if you don’t want any pulp. This is optional!

  2. Add fresh lime juice, tequila and cointreau and combine.

  3. Pour into glasses filled with ice and top with prosecco.

  4. Enjoy!

*If you want to make these frozen, freeze the watermelon after cutting and blend all the ingredients in a blender. Top with prosecco or sparkling water. SO GOOD!
